Sleeve Condition: Very Good Plus (VG+)

The original owner since 1984. Has been on a shelf veritcal and with clear outer sleeve literally. Inside Sleeve is VG++ with one small split from the record moving around. Probably 3" total. Covers are really nice, no splits but there is a small spot where a price sticker was removed (1" diagonally)
