Notes:

First pressing with cover art wraparound sheet glued over gray/brown thick cardboard sleeve. Edition of 1,800 copies issued by Ralph Records, it was however designed to look like a bootleg for marketing reasons. There are no title, duration, label name, catalog number, or credits printed on the sleeve. Runout etchings on vinyl only give the title of the album ("Mole Show"), a catalog number (001) and the side (A/B). Only a paper sheet is included listing all persons involved with the show.

Title appears as "The Residents' Moleshow - Live At The Roxy - October 30, 1982" on A-side label, and "The Residents Mole Show" on the insert.

The front cover image was taken from the European Mole Show program; the back sleeve image is a picture of a piece of the burlap screen which was used in all of the concerts. 

This album is a condensation of the two concerts given by The Residents at the Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles on October 30, 1982 (early and late shows).
