Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark - Messages (10", Single, RP, Gra) (Very Good Plus (VG+))

Media Condition: Very Good Plus (VG+)
Sleeve Condition: Very Good (VG)

My copy since 1980. I played this as a club DJ for many many years (Actually decades) - It shows that. VG / VG to VG+ on 10" UK cover

Notes:

The original album version of Messages was due to be used. However, McCluskey objected to this version and wanted to re-record the song. Most copies of the original 10" pressing with the album version were scrapped, but a handful did escape destruction. Some of these were given away as part of a competition for the OMD fan club in 1980. This version correctly credits Mike Howlett as Producer.
