Green WB shield center labels display incorrect album title "Masters Of Reality" and revised/transitional tracklisting (4 per side). Track A2 appears as "After Forever (Including The Elegy)" on side A label, and is incorrectly credited to "Ioomi-Ward-Osbourne-Butler".

Note that this release is similar to r11447539 (here), except that version's center labels correctly show "Master Of Reality" as the title.

Catalog number "BS 2562" appears on back cover and center labels. "2562" appears on front cover only.
